The following highlights some of the key services we offer, although this is not exhaustive.
You tell us what you want; your wish is our command!
During our quality review, we will thoroughly assess all aspects of your practice. This includes conducting discussions on leadership and management within your setting. Following the review, you will receive a written report. This will include actions and advisory notes which will assist you in making improvements to your setting.
Halo early years consultants, give the utmost priority to centering next steps around our clients. After a quality review, you may opt to tackle any areas of development independently. Alternatively, you have the option to utilise our comprehensive follow-up services. These services encompass aiding you in devising action plans as well as providing direct assistance in their implementation. We can help you to address any weaknesses identified. Moreover, we extend our support through follow-up quality reviews to track your progress and offer further guidance, if deemed necessary.
Have you experienced an Ofsted inspection where the outcome didn't align with your expectations? Let us be the guiding light that leads you towards transformative growth and remarkable progress. Together, we can embark on a journey of triumph, restoring not just your own confidence but that of everyone around you. Embrace this opportunity to forge ahead, for the power to shape a brighter future lies within your hands.
Is there a specific area within your provision that you perceive as a significant challenge? Despite your efforts, you find it difficult to achieve the desired results, perhaps in a specific nursery room. Alternatively, you may wish to enhance or cultivate certain aspects of your practice. For example, do you need to refine daily routines, optimise outdoor learning opportunities or strengthen the coaching and mentoring of staff. Whatever your aspirations or requirements, we are dedicated to fulfilling your wishes and meeting your needs.
We deliver a variety of training and workshops. In addition, we can provide you with bespoke training in your setting, relating to a particular topic you may wish to cover. Below you will find examples of our current training courses and workshops.
We provide advice, guidance, and support for settings that are registering on the Early Years Register. Additionally, we can assist settings that are registering on the Childcare Register, with 10% of them being randomly selected each year for inspection.
Once you have completed the registration process, the real challenge begins as you put theory into practice. It is important to assess whether your setting, or any existing setting you may have taken over, is functioning as smoothly as you had anticipated. Are your staff members working collaboratively and confidently fulfilling their roles and responsibilities? If you should find you, or any of your team, including any existing or new manager, require assistance, we are here to support you.
The following are just a few examples of adhoc services:
Would you like to have ongoing support, with regular visits? We can arrange a schedule to suit you, where we would look at different areas of practice each time, depending what it is you need. We would also be there to support you, five days a week. on the end of a telephone or via a quick email. This would be a bespoke package for you. This service will help to prepare you and your staff for your next inspection and that initial notification call.
